To know what they lack would be the seeds to sow in bringing trendy florist to life.

The audit covers two direct competitors “Floward” and “Ferns and Petals”, who are both dedicated flower and gift sellers. Two indirect competitors audits are “Kibsons” and “Lulu Hypermarket” who also have flowers among their varied other commodities

Designing an app is far more intricate than it appears at first. Having an idea is just the starting point, but bringing that idea to life requires time, patience, and—most importantly—deep empathy for the users it's designed for. Listening to their needs and feedback is what transforms a
good idea into a great product.
